There are others who are at cross roads of the path you have taken. There are people who need advise and tips in your specific expertise. If you are willing to give one hour of your time to share expertise, tips, observation with others, we'll make the best use of your one hour to help others.
You can help by face to face a sharing talk, mentoring, or discussion. You can also help without leaving your desk: review resume, answering questions in the on-line forum, or share the good reading with others.
